February is really a not so nice month for me. Gotta get that stuff out of my system.
I am also not used to drawing Papyrus still.

Hey Guys!

So, once upon a time, DivinePaladin27 commissioned me to paint bolts from RAC so that he can use the assets in his youtube channel. Not just the usual gold and platinum bolts, but different materials!

... That was back in October.

So, after I finished doing all the renders for the bolts, I wanted to do a little extra just to thank him for the amount of patience he showed - so I decided to draw and slightly animate Ratchet in the process. BEHOLD THE EFFORTS OF MINE!!

A cookie for anyone who gets the very blatantly placed reference in this picture.

I really don't like SAI. It feels extremely foreign and the painting process feels really uncomfortable to me. =__= I can't wait until I get my new computer. Just two more weeks, and I'll have my new companion...

Drawing Sans is still foreign to me. I want to go full on skeleton mode, but then he doesn't look much like Sans anymore, but Sans with creepy factor. One day i'll figure it out!

ShellShock - Ch. 61

So, one of my biggest pet peeves was how I couldn't have orderly, justified alignment in chapters. That, and the fact that I hated the font size the default had. Now I found out I can change it with a little extra formatting!

Either way, Chapter 61 is out! Ratchet certainly seems to be losing it a little, were it not for a certain hacker to keep him grounded. Also, this will mark the start of where my friend and I slowly switched around who played who. If you notice a tonal change for Ratchet and Zane, it's because we've reassigned who plays who at times!

I've always had a soft spot for Asgore. He is a coward, but I imagine if he had had to give his last stand against Chara, he would have fought as valiantly as Undyne, or even more than that to defend what was left of the monsters, and humanity of that beast.

Toriel was an interesting character. The first one the player she encounters, one doesn't know if she truly wishes to protect or kill. A poor soul, an one of the first to fall under that cruel knife.

I sometimes wonder how much of Frisk's actions were their own, or if even speaking was controlled by Chara. If anything, Frisk may be the one who is suffering the most from Chara's delusions. Poor little thing.

40 Minute Speedpaint. I'm getting close to completing my series. Just... 2-4 more to go, and my speedpaint series is complete!

I really don't care for Mettaton much. And of course he makes me tenfold the trouble than others. *sighs*

Either way, of all the failed attempts I did of him, this is the third speedpaint attempt I did and finished. I just could not, on any level, empathize with this character - so I added the "fallen angel" dynamic to make him appealing for my brain.

Wasted too much time on this character today. This speedpaint was 35 minutes.

Chara is a super interesting character to me. The very fact that we don't know much about Chara in his life with the monsters, or before, makes it even more compelling why he hates everything so much. Perhaps more information in the future?

Gotham - Confrontation PG. 1

So, uh, um. How to put this...

I'm in Cobblepot hell.

So, uh, there was this scene during one of those episodes where there's a confrontation between Oswald and Gordon. It's going to follow the basic way the scene played out, but I just wanted to tweak the dialogue here and there. Plus, I like drawing Cobblepot's eye. and Cobblepot's hair. And Cobblepot.

Basically, somehow I've found myselfcompletely immersed in Gotham, or rather, Oswald Cobblepot. There was something magnetic about his personality and character arc this season that just didn't let me go again.

So, I'm not sure how long this is going to be, surely not longer than 6 pages. But I just wanted to do something like this for a long time.

Maybe I should stop reading so much manga.

Collab - The Winter Soldier

So, my dear friend Ptit-Neko have long talked about collaborating on something together. I adore her artwork so much, I was ecstatic when she said yes to collaborating! Even more so when we decided we would do our first serious collaboration of our beloved Winter Soldier. [who has noticed I have a weakness for his storyline already?]

So, Ptit-Neko provided me this gorgeous lineart to work with. _{I almost cried because it's so beautiful} I couldn't wait to get working on the colors soon enough because of it!

I have to say, it was quite a challenge. For one the inks are truly impressive; for another, I wanted to do the amazing inks justice! Do check her out, she's an incredible artist.
