So I've started to play Professor Layton and the Lost Future. It's an amazing game with wonderful aesthetics, storyline, voice acting and gameplay. Incredibly stimulating to the brain, and really fun!

As for what is going on in this picture... I have not finished Lost Future yet. In fact, I'm currently in the blissful limbo of not knowing anything about it except that I've now met Adult!Luke and that he should have so definitely glomped his favorite professor. I mean, 10 years of not seeing his beloved, kind professor? I would glomp.

I shall conveniently believe that Adult!Luke is at least 21 here. Conveniently Layton is still the same age he was. Hehehe.

Done for a friend. She said if I draw them together, she'll start shipping them. The challenge is ON.

It was also quite refreshing to draw in a different style, including coloring style. It was challenging, in fact!

Y'all didn't think I'd let the announcement of a new Ratchet game go unnoticed, did ya.


OK, so I was working on this today. First as a speedpaint [35 minutes, you can see it here: omgwtfdenny.tumblr.com/post/55... And then before bed I wanted to work on it a little...


It's now 4 hours later.


So yeah, in total I worked on that a grand 4 ½ hours! Just couldn't suppress the urge.

And, since Nexus is announced, guess I can abort this little project now. XD It's my little Nexus. Ah well.

Either way, let's all get hyped about the next big Ratchet game! Off we go - Into the Nexus.

Hello there! o/ I'm back with more art. And I come with... An Original Character. YES OH MY GOD.

His name is Shifter. He derives [as you might figure] from the Shapeshifters, but has a slightly different background. It deviates from the SS canon, which is why I won't elaborate on it too much. I will only say this: He is the last Shapeshifter in his AU. All the others are... gone.

What he himself is like? I will elaborate on this later.

So there is this palette practice challenge on tumblr that I've decided to do, and asked around if anyone wanted to have a free request with a particular, limited color palette.

To my surprise, 90% of the requests are RAC related.

Either way, it was a huge lot of fun to work on these. If the next batch turn out just as well, I might upload another collection of them.

/o/ Yay, Lombaxes! Haven't drawn them in aaaaages.


This picture doesn't have much meaning. I just wanted to draw some nice clothes, have some cool [intentionally sketchy] lineart, some eye-killing colors, and whatnot. Drawn in today's livestream! Thanks to everyone who came and watched. It was a lot of fun.


Took me 5 hours... I think. I ended up getting distracted a lot XD But totally worth it and damn fun!

<sub>I took the liberty of drawing a Ziggy for . c: Reason? Ziggy is awesome. Whiplash is awesome. That's why I decided to finish this right before my sister comes back. XD

So yeah... You see Ziggy here, jumping out of a black, living matter that tries to pull him down - but will that succeed? Of course not. Time to try a new invention to emphasize on that. [I don't know if that would ever be possible, but I thought... well. Maybe it is possible that Ziggy invented something in that direction.] And, since trying out new weapons is fun, the black matter can rest assured to be annihilated just like idiotic, lifeless impersonators twits! \o/

Anyway, a little gift to *oOWhiplashOo. I hope I didn't butcher Ziggy to an extent where I will wish to have never done it. XD

I thought, however, that it was in it and simply drew it here, haha!

So... I've been looking up some RaC-Soundtracks lately... And then I stumbled upon Courtney Gears' song.
I don't know about you, but...

Hell yeah.


HELL YEAH.

I love Courtney Gears, that song kicks ass, it stays in your brain like it was burnt into it, and DAMN, I love the beat during the game. I LOVE fighting Courtney Gears. For HER SONG and her battle theme I kept replaying RaC. I wish IG made it longer, the song.

XD Anyway... The song I mean... The normal version is not enough to get me hooked, but... THAT did it to me. DAMNIT. I LOVE YOU PERSON WHO MADE THIS AWESOME REMIX. I LOVE YOU.

SO YEAH. GET SOME OVERLY SCREWED UP, TERRIBLE FANART ON HER. DAMN IT.

I still haven't finished Professor Layton and the Lost Future. In fact, I wasn't able to play any more!

But I did get to the point where I heard of the most awesome thing of all: Evil Layton.

No, I haven't seen him yet. I haven't heard much about him either, just that within those ten years, he turned into that obsessed mad genius who does everything in order to travel through time. That description stuck. Big time.


So, before I continued playing, I just had to draw what I imagined Evil!Layton to be like - and this is what I thought when I heard about him the first time.

I've also done a more detailed background again. Clocks. CLOCKS. This game has too many clocks. But I like it. It's good training.


So yeah! Drawn during my livestream. Enjoy.
